until I legoed this website together, I had no idea how many websites have little kinks and blinks and cold hot links. suddenly I'm not so concerned with the text frames resizing, or the sign-up page looking like my first dot com job's website. (they wanted to be the e-bay of cranes and bulldozers, and apparently had only ever heard of Impact font - they were my first lesson in big tech v.c. fiascos.) so let me borrow some of their sunshine-where-the-sun-don't-shine language: 'the appearance and easy interface with our website is our top priority, we're working on it right now, and it will be remedied a.s.a.p.'
